1. Vision

Where are you looking to take your business in the long term (beyond 2024)?

2. Mission

Your mission should describe what your business does in the present, how you do it and why you do it. The ‘why’ should be something deep within you that acts as your driving force for a better future.

3. Values

What values do you want to live by? Are these the same values you want your colleagues, employees, customers and friends to live by? If they are the same, strictly adhere to these values and it will work wonders in attracting dream customers and people into your life. If there is a discrepancy, you need to address this. The problem should always start with yourself.
